Jonas Nelsén will join as Partner, with the responsibility of Managing our flagship office in Centro Plaza and our office in Marbella Center, starting on August 5th. Jonas brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record in the real estate market on the Costa del Sol, and we are confident that his expertise will take our offices to the next level.
Jonas has an impressive background in the real estate industry. He has been a prominent figure in Costa del Sol’s property market for many years, most notably as a Franchisee for Fastighetsbyran, Sweden’s largest real estate agency. In 2015, Jonas moved to Spain to open his first Fastighetsbyran franchise, quickly becoming the company’s largest overseas franchisee. After successfully selling the company in 2020, he joined Wrede, where he consulted on the luxury property market in Marbella.
Serneholt Estates’ founder, Fredrik Serneholt, personally sought out Jonas Nelsén for this pivotal role. Recognising Jonas’s outstanding leadership and exceptional sales track record, Fredrik identified him as the ideal partner to manage our flagship office in Nueva Andalucía and our office in Marbella Center. As Fredrik shifts his focus towards expanding the Serneholt Estates franchise network, he needs a trusted and capable individual to oversee the day-to-day operations. Jonas’s proven expertise and reliability make him the perfect choice to lead and grow our business.
