Welcome to this charming house in El Faro with two beautiful villas where Andalusian charm flows. Just a few minutes’ drive from La Cala, you will find this cozy community where nature is at your fingertips, yet you are still close to the city’s pulse, restaurants, and shops. In the vicinity, there are several restaurants and some smaller shops that can be quickly reached on foot. There is also a community pool in the association if you fancy a change from the private one. A couple of minutes’ drive will take you to large grocery stores like Mercadona, Carrefour, Lidl, and Aldi. A short walk will take you to the nearest beach, where the cozy restaurant Villa Tropicana is located. The residence consists of two houses with a double garage at the end of the driveway and another garage in front of the street. The terrain is slightly hilly, and there are many areas to dine in the shade, spend relaxed hours under the sun, and play for the children. From the private pool area, you can enjoy the view of the Mediterranean Sea while being served a drink in the newly built outdoor kitchen. The entrance to the main house is dotted with blooming pink bougainvillea and leads directly to the cozy living room with a sofa and armchairs in front of the crackling fireplace. Around the corner, you will find the master bedroom with plenty of space for a large double bed and views of the sea and garden. Next to the bedroom is a full bathroom with a shower. Another slightly smaller living room with space for a sofa bed leads partly to a terrace with a dining table and barbecue and partly to the second bedroom. There is space for a single bed, desk, and play area, a perfect children’s room. Another bedroom is on the opposite side of the living room, and here we also have the second bathroom with a toilet and shower. If, on the other hand, we turn right upon entering through the main entrance, we pass through the pleasant dining room with rounded walls on the way to the kitchen. The kitchen has plenty of storage space and countertop, complete with appliances and a dishwasher. Inside the kitchen, we find a small separate nook with a washing machine. A small paved hill leads to the pool area and the second house. Here we also quickly access the living room, which shares space with the kitchen through an open and bright floor plan. There is a fridge/freezer, stove, and dishwasher. In this building, there are two bedrooms, one large with a sea view and the other slightly smaller with a view towards the back of the house. A full bathroom with a toilet and shower. In front of the patio, there is a balcony, and towards the back, a private terrace with space to hang clothes or enjoy a book in the shade.
