The couple relocated from Sweden to Mallorca in the autumn of 2016 with their two young children and have since thrown themselves in the local community, gaining invaluable insights into the local culture and community.
Mallorca’s diverse landscape and excellent connectivity to Europe made it the ideal choice for Jani and Susanne. “We love that the island is so diverse and hosts a fascinating mix of people,” said Jani. The family enjoys hiking in the mountains of Fornalutx and indulging in local delicacies, such as Pa amb Oli, in picturesque village squares.
Before partnering with Serneholt Estate, Jani and Susanne accumulated extensive experience in the real estate sector and developed a deep understanding of the Mallorca property market. In the short term, Jani and Susanne aim to establish a robust presence with their office and team of brokers. Long-term goals include opening multiple offices across the island to better serve the community. “With approximately 15,000 properties sold in Mallorca in 2023, there is ample opportunity for growth and success,” asserts Jani.
