The business is being transferred, which includes the transfer of the rental contract (currently concluded until February 2036 with a payment of approximately €2,800/month), of the tangible commercial assets – furniture, products, etc. – and intangible assets (customers, brand, etc.).

The restaurant, located on the corner of the street, the second line from the beach, behind the Marbella Lighthouse, is equipped with high quality utensils, some of them, unique in Spain (the espresso machine – the only coffee machine in Spain, hand-made in Naples , Italy).
