It also has good road communications, and for utilities like schools, medical services, etc. one may go to the village of Churriana. Of this whole area the land of the Foundation represents 14,415 % of it and therefore can be very involved in the future study and taking decisions of the areas development. There is a large extension of empty land with no buildings (approximately 15.000m2) and other smaller plots with several buildings. Of the total amount of meters of land we have to segregate 5.000 m2 that has already been transferred to a third person, therefore the actual amount of meters of land available for sale are of approximately 41.370m2.
